Blake Bounces Back From Two Match Points Down
James Blake was one point away from losing the fifth set Saturday evening and putting the U.S. and France into a 1-1 tie when he ran down a near winner from Paul-Henri Mathieu and stayed alive, winning the point and ultimately coming back to win the match to give the U.S. a 2-0 lead.
Andy Roddick won in three sets early in the day in a blaze of aces. The Bryan brothers tomorrow can finish it off against Michael Llodra and Arnaud Clement in a matchup of two highly-ranked doubles teams.
