Roddick Falls to Federer in Three

Federer may not be the same this year, but he still holds his edge over Roddick.  From The Miami Herald:

The electricity was building all day on a searing, star-studded Wednesday at the Sony Ericsson Open, and it reached a crescendo just past 11 p.m., when Roger Federer beat Andy Roddick 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 in front of a rowdy, sold-out crowd that included Oscar-winning actor Adrien Brody and Miami Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter, who wasn’t shy about his allegiance to Roddick.
