Andy Roddick’s Odds Rival Rocky Balboa’s
If you look at the head-to-head match up, it ain’t pretty: Andy Roddick is 2-18 all-time against Roger Federer. And if you look behind the numbers, it’s really worse than it sounds, if that’s even possible. Roddick is 0-6 in finals, including two at Wimbledon and one at the U.S. Open., and 0-7 in Grand Slams. But nobody gave Rocky Balboa a chance. In the first Rocky, he lost, but in Rocky II, he pulled it off. Since this is Federer-Roddick XXI, Andy could pull off the shocker. Roddick Balboa, anyone? Ready the trumpets.
