It’s wonderful to see a winner who is obviously so thankful that his hard work has paid off and that he has another chance at a Slam final. Certainly, Murray’s day will come, but I love to see Roddick win. He’s paid his dues–been in the top ten for more than ten years. Beating Federer will be a hugh challenge, but maybe his time has come. Let Federer share the wealth and the joy.

It was good that Andy Roddick won, if only b/c I was getting doused in my Andy Murray Wimbledon drinking game: drink every time a commentator referred to Murray as having the “weight of a nation on his shoulders.”
